Civil wedding and outdoor ceremony

Dear Alberto,

I cannot fully express how grateful Evgeny and I are to you and everyone at WeddingItaly for making our wedding the fabulous event that it was, but I will try in this letter!
The organization, dedication, time and effort that everyone at the company put in was overwhelming.  I enjoyed meeting and working with you, Sonia and Michela very much.
From the moment I saw Castello I knew it was where I wanted to be married and you made that dream a reality.  The location is breathtaking and
I adore the landscape of vineyards and flowers in every direction.
The ceremony outside was well organized, the food and wine top quality, and the music and dancing at the

end of the night great fun for everyone. All of the services your company provided, especially the videographer and photographer, were the best quality I have seen

(for a wedding or otherwise)
and we were extremely satisfied with the results.
Since our wedding was a multi-cultural destination event (I am an American
and Evgeny is Russian, and we live in Prague) and our guests travelled from
abroad, we had many factors to consider when planning it and you handled
everything with ease. You listened patiently to every suggestion I made, and
sorted out all the small details so I didn’t have to do much at all on my
wedding day.  From accommodations for guests to the rehearsal dinner, you
were on top of what was going on and that was such a relief.
The day of the wedding, you were so nervous that people might have thought
it was your own wedding and not mine! That is what makes you and your
company so unique; the genuine care and drive to succeed in all that you do
is something hard to find these days.
All of our friends and family were greatly impressed by the scenery, high
quality service, organization, food and especially the wine!  The surprise
tour of the wine cellar was definitely a highlight of the day.
My only regret is that it is over and I can’t do it all again soon (maybe
if I’m lucky, for our 10th or 25th anniversary, we can rent the castle to
celebrate!).  Thanks again for an unforgettable time to be remembered with
joy for years to come.  Good luck with all your future projects and please
give our thanks to everyone at the company.
    Best wishes,
Allison and Evgeny Konovalov

HI Sonia,

We have had a wonderful time and thankfully everything was stress free and much more than we could have hoped for!

We met with Helga , who was extremely helpful with everything and took the tension out of the whole legal side of

things.

it was a pleasure to meet her and without her help we would have struggled with the Italian lingo and she
even organised that our parking ticket be waived on our wedding day!

Thanks for your help and we are glad to say that we booked you to help us through - it was worth every penny.

Hi Sonia.

First, I want to say you we are very grateful for your attention before and after the wedding.

I hope Pablo give you the greetings that I sent you with him the day of ceremony. We are very happy because all

happened that we planned before. The Palazzo is amazing, the ceremony was simple but very exciting and the photo

session was very funny and Valerio made that we felt very comfortable in front of the camera. And Venezia is the

most romantic city I’ve ever visited.

I don’t have problems to write my comments in your website because in my case, your service was professional and,

something very important when you work in the web, reliable.
Some friends of mine are interested in this kind of ceremony, it´s possible you have news of them.

Thanks for all.
Sergio.

All the thoughts and dreams that we had for our wedding day seem insignificant when compared with how beautiful the day actually was. This was thanks to the wonderful and professional assistance we had from Barbara, including
everything from helping to choose the menu to sorting out complicated paperwork. Organising a wedding through e-mail seemed scary at first but after the initial decision, Wedding Italy made the rest very easy. We just had to decide what it was that we wanted and we had our questions answered and requests met immediately.
Everything about the day was so perfect that it almost felt like a dream. The wedding service was very personal to us, and the priest, Don Gino, made both us and all our guests feel very welcome in his church. I was a little anxious about booking flowers and music without personal contact but when the flowers arrived they were exactly as I'd asked for, as were the church and reception displays. The string quartet in the church played so beautifully
and were admired by all our guests. They set the perfect mood for the romantic wedding we had hoped for. Our
photographer was very pleasant, friendly and professional, taking endless amounts of photographs, both formal and informal, and also being very patient whilst I requested many specific family poses.
L'Albergaccio Restaurant gave us a fantastic reception. A wonderful professional service with the most fantastic
food I had ever tasted. The location of the restaurant could not have been more romantic - views all around of the
Tuscan hills. Again, Barbara had booked a fantastic jazz band for our reception music and everything from the
aperitives on the terrace to the transport home was exactly as had been arranged.
Our whole week in Italy with our family and friends was wonderful and our wedding day truly was everything we could have ever hoped for and more. The best decision we ever made was to get married in Italy and Barbara and her colleagues made the entire experience, from organising to celebrating, not only enjoyable but as stress-free as possible. We would definitely recommend using them and we look forward to returning to the picturesque Castellina to reminisce.

Outdoor civil wedding in Italy

Our Italy trip was wonderful.  Tuscany is so romantic with its rolling hills of grapevines and sunflower field.  We really enjoyed the sites as well as the food and the people.  It was one of the best trips that we have ever taken.

Our wedding day was perfect.  At first it seemed that there was some sort of hitch because there was a wedding before ours in which the civil official did not show up on time.  Therefore, our wedding was delayed and we had to wait for theirs to finish.  We could hear their violin music and it made some of the people in our party wish that we had arranged for it.  However, the delay did not prove to be a major setback because we took some more pictures with the photographer while we were waiting.  The photographer was very nice, although he did not speak very good Engligh.  However, we liked him very much and we were still able to communicate despite the language difference.

The ceremony itself was absolutely wonderful.  Certaldo is the perfect small town to get married in and we had a fairytale wedding.  Amy was overjoyed with her perfect day.  The civil official was very charismatic and the wedding vows turned out to be more meaningful than we could have imagined. [Is it possible for us to obtain a transcript of the ceremony or the wedding vows?  The civil official seemed to be reading from a script so I assume that it is available somewhere?]  The wedding was simple and directly to the point.  It was just what we had hoped for.

Afterwards there was a slight time gap between the wedding and the ceremony. I had wondered if it would have been better to schedule the reception closer to the time when the wedding ceremony ended, but I am not sure that the restaurant would have even been open at that time.  However, we had some drinks at the cafe and then walked around the town a bit to take pictures. The extra time turned out to be nice just to experience the town of Certaldo.

The reception was everything we could have hoped for.  At first, I had wondered about the expensive cost of the restaurant ($95 euros per person) because all of our other meals in Tuscany had been about 25 euros per person.  However, after the dinner concluded I had no complaints whatsoever about the cost.  It was absolutely worth it.  It was the best dinner Amy and I had had in our lives.  The service was fabulous.  We loved the different courses and how we had time between each course to relax and drink wine.  We actually brought our own wine to the recpetion and that worked out perfectly for us because we were able to save a bit of money on that.  The view from the terrace on at the restaurant was stunning!  Also, the wedding cake was the most beautiful wedding cake that we had ever seen

decorated with flowers and fruit.

Afterwards Amy and I stayed in an aprartment called La Guilia or something like that.  It was a charming little  apartment that we found the previous day when we went to Certaldo to drop off the documents.  We realized that wewanted to stay there that night and we went to the local hotel, who although not completely full, advised us that another wedding party was staying there that night and that we might want to check out an apartment owned by his
friend.  It was perfect!  Amy loved it.  Previously, I was a little irritated that we had to drive there to drop off the documents ourselves, but it worked out perfectly because we were able to check with the restaurant to see if we could bring our own wine and we were able to find the lovely apartment.

All in all, the wedding went perfectly and Amy and I were more satisfied than we could have imagined.  You did a wonderful job of planning the wedding by answering our numerous e-mails and providing us with many different options.  We would sincerely like to thank you for the great job that you did.

Hello Sonia,

Our open-air wedding in Positano was absolutely fantastic, and the arrangements leading up to it worked like clockwork. We are very pleased with the service provided by WeddingItaly. Despite short timescales, everything was organized with a minimum of fuss, and we also felt that we received excellent value for money. That about sums it up really! Mrs D'Amato was extremely professional, and also very helpful and charming. Thank you for all your help. I have already recommended your service to two people (Sarah Robinson and Suzanne Bold), and will continue to do so!
